Our organization is leading health care transformation in Ontario. We are preparing to launch a provincial program that will impact thousands of residents each month. We are developing and testing innovative models of access and care for youth that are saving lives. There is work to be done. We are on the cusp of tremendous growth and need an organizational structure and talent management strategy that is going to assure quality services, drive innovation, and sustain a culture of high performance in a complex health care setting.
We are seeking a skilled and capable team player that has demonstrated experience in organizational design, change management, workforce management and cultural competency. This individual must be able to learn and understand a unique work environment that includes multi-disciplinary practitioners, our volunteers, and the voices of our clients with lived experience of mental illness and their families.

Contract: April 2017 – January 2018

We are seeking an individual to lead an organizational review, drawing upon global best practices to:

This position reports to and is supervised by the CEO and works closely with the senior leadership team.
Working Conditions: Office work, work in the community, occasional weekend/evening hours may be required
